Date established on the basis of an inscription on one of the prints: For Natalia Aleksandrovna Khruschova 24 September 1859 Shevchenko [Taras Shevchenko National Museum, inv. g 383].
Except this print in the National Museum of Taras Shevchenko kept three copies of the same etching various states of operation.

D. Rovinsky erroneously stated that there is sitting figure on the right of etching ["Detailed dictionary of Russian engravers XVI XIX cent.", St. Petersburg, Vol. II, p. 1176, ¹ 18].
