Illustration to text on page 297 of book. Suvorov long lived in Prague (Czech Republic). There were his son's engagement to Princess of Kurland. Suvorov was going in the evenings a lot of guests, distinguished Russian holidays with songs, folk concerts and games. This scene is reproduced in the illustration.

July 27, 1843 it was announced in the press that the third issue of "History of Suvorov" sent to subscribers [Northern Bee. – 1843. – 27 July], where the artwork was reproduces for the first time.

Remembered with names: "Suvorov in Prague celebrates Christmas and played in the blind man's buff" [T. Shevchenko Complete Works. – [X., 1932. – T. 8]. – C 43. – № 323], "Suvorov arranges entertainment in Prague by Russian folk customs" [Taras Shevchenko Complete Works in 10 volumes. – K.: 1961, vol. 7, Bk. 1. – p. 26. – № 66].
