Top right barely do read the inscription in blue ink: 572, marked in pencil: Number 192 (catalog number in Tarnowski's Chernihiv Museum of Ukrainian antiquities) and ink: Number 93, right below inversely pencil: 19 (number in description by M.M. Lazarevsky).

Figure of dissected cadaver had a lecture of miology from a professor of anatomy I.V. Buyalsky. Shevchenko January 10, 1841 was credited to the list of students who can listen to the anatomy course [Taras Shevchenko: The documents and materials for the biography. 1814 – 1861. – K., 1982. – p. 29 – 32. – № 65]. But in this school year that ended June 26, 1841, the professor gave only a brief general anatomy and osteology [Russian state historical archive, fund 789, op. 1, Part II, № 2452, ff. 3]. Next year (from August 21, 1841 to June 1842) consisted of a full course of anatomy, including miology [Ibid, ff. 6, 11, 11 back]. Miology on cadavers usually studied in the winter months [Marhoryn E.M. Elijah Buyalsky. – L., 1948. – p. 85, 86, 88].

Dated by winter months of 1841 – 1842 th on the basis of the above.

First mentioned in 1900 called "The human body in anatomical theater" [Catalog of V. Tarnowski's Museum of Ukrainian antiquity / arranged by B.D. Grinchenko. – Chernigov, 1900. – T. 2. – p. 176. – № 192].

Reproduced for the first time in 1932 by A.P. Novitsky titled "Anatomy" [T. Shevchenko Complete Works. – [Kharkiv, 1932. – T. 8]. – p. 61. – № 439. – Tab. 55].

Storage areas: from April 1861 – property of M.M.Lazarevsky, later purchased by St. Petersburg's Ukrainian community, not earlier than July 1861 – A.O. Kozachkovsky, not later than 1875 came to V.P. Kakhovski; from 1891 Kakhovski family, not later than 1893 transferred to S.D. Brazol, 1896 – Property V. Tarnowskі; from 1899 – V.
